Return & Refund Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item(s) within 21 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@pismes.com, and they will guide you through the return process.

Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe transit of the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at care@pismes.com within 7 days of delivery. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund.

International Returns

For returns from outside the USA, please ensure that the package is marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs or duties fees. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any additional customs or duties fees. We advise using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard against loss or damage during the return shipping process. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return transit.
