Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation process, we have established a comprehensive cancellation policy. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent, benefiting both our valued customers and our team.

To request a cancellation, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email at care@pismes.com. In your email, please include your order number and provide a brief explanation for the cancellation. Our team will carefully review your request and respond promptly.

Please note that cancellations can only be accommodated prior to order processing and shipment. We strive to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and will be reimbursed via the original payment method used during the purchase.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, you still have the option to cancel it by refusing delivery upon its arrival. Once the package is returned to us, we will proceed with a refund. However, please note that the refund will be subject to deductions for shipping costs and a restocking fee amounting to 10% of the product price.

It is important to be aware that once an order has been shipped, intercepting or rerouting it cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify the shipping address or make any changes to your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, kindly provide photographs showcasing the damage or defect.

Please note that apart from cases involving damage or defects, we do not offer order modifications, exchanges, or returns. Nonetheless, if you have any concerns or encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is dedicated to resolving any problems and ensuring your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund via the original payment method used during the purchase.
